Our lab-grown diamonds are IGI/GIA certified. Diamonds ab1 carat receive individual IGI/GIA certificates. Jewellery with diamonds above 1 carat includes an IGI/GIA certificate. Certificates list 4Cs of diamond, i.e., cut, colour, clarity, and total carat weight and many more details about the diamond.

A Gemmological Institute of America (GIA), American Gem Society (AGS), or International Gemmological Institute (IGI) diamond certificate assures the value and quality of your diamond.
GIA, AGS and IGI are globally recognised gemmological institutes. Their certificates verify a diamond’s authenticity and grading, including cut, colour, clarity and carat weight, ensuring transparency and trust.

Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or refunds for: any kind of jewellery pieces.

Yes. For all custom and made-to-order rings, we provide a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for approval within 2-4 days of purchase.
You have 24 hours to request changes or approve the design.
If we do not receive approval within this timeframe, we proceed using the original CAD.
After CAD approval—or after the 24-hour window passes— no changes, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are accepted, as production has begun.

No, Refunds will not be provided. The item is custom-made or bespoke. We are always ready to assist you if product is detected or different from the ordered one, so we can replace the product.
