Refund policy
At Yarra Jewels, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order fine jewellery. As such, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for ‘change of mind’ on any Signature pieces.
We encourage you to review every detail of your jewellery before placing an order. Our team is always here to assist with any questions or clarifications to ensure that your purchase is made with complete confidence.
For all bespoke or custom-made jewellery, we provide a CAD (Computer Aided Design) preview for your approval. This is typically sent within 7 business days of purchase. If you do not approve your design within 72 hours of receiving the CAD, we will move forward with crafting your piece as per the original design. Changes can only be made prior to CAD approval. Once a CAD is approved or the 72-hour approval window lapses, no further changes can be accepted.
Should you choose to cancel your order before receiving the CAD, a cancellation fee of $1000 AUD will apply. Once CAD approval is received, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a Lifetime Warranty on all Yarra Jewels pieces. If there is an issue or concern with your jewellery upon delivery, please reach out to our team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
Yarra Jewels reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange request if:
- The item shows signs of wear or use
- It is a custom-made or bespoke piece
- The ring was resized as per your specifications
- An incorrect finger size was provided by the customer
- The issue is unrelated to craftsmanship or product quality
- The issue can be resolved through minor repair
- There is evidence of misuse or intentional damage
