At Yarra Jewels, every single piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because most of our jewelry is made specially for you, we need a little time to ensure it is perfect before sending it your way.

Here is what you can expect regarding timelines and shipping.

 

Order Process and Production Time:

Individual customization and made-to-order creations account for the majority of jewelry pieces.

It takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks after confirming your order for production to be finalized.

When your piece is finished and passes the quality check, you'll be notified so that your piece can be shipped.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email.

 

Estimated Time to Arrive:

The time it takes to deliver the item starts after the item is finished.

Customers in Australia
Estimated time to arrive: total of 2 to 3 weeks

Customers outside of Australia
Estimated time to arrive: total of 2 to 3 weeks

Keep in mind that expected delivery times can shift a bit more than the expected delivery time because of delays from the delivery courier, customs clearance, and peak times in delivery.

 

Shipping Charges:

There is no delivery charge for all customers.

Shipments are delivered to the address provided. If extra handling is needed for the order or delivery is urgent, address changes, please inform and extra charges may be applied.

Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders):

The person receiving the order may have to pay for customs fees or taxes applied to their order.

The costs of these are based on the order’s destination and are not the responsibility of Yarra Jewels.

Yarra Jewels cannot be held responsible for extra costs, or delays if the order is being held by customs clearance.

Responsibility for Shipping:

Your shipping address must be 100% correct and complete in the checkout process.

Yarra Jewels accepts no responsibility for any delays or delivery faults that arise from customers incorrectly providing address information to us.
